Publication of preliminary results of the supplementary capacity marketauction for delivery period from July 1 to December 31, 2025

With reference to the current report no. 16/2025 (the "Report"), theManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE") notifiesthat PSE S.A. published preliminary results of the supplementarycapacity market auction for the delivery period from July 1 to December31, 2025, including the clearing price of 431.00 PLN/kW/year (maximumprice from range 395.10 - 431.00 PLN/kW/year indicated in the Report).Units from PGE Group have been awarded capacity contracts with anaggregated capacity obligation of 2 173.677 MW (against volume of 2 111MW indicated in the Report as a minimum).

The above clearing price is not a final result of capacity marketauction. Final results are to be published by the President of EnergyRegulatory Office on its website (in the section Biuletyn InformacjiPublicznej) on the first business day following 21st day after the closeof capacity auction. Until then all capacity obligation contracts areconditional. PGE will update this current report only if the finalresults of capacity market turn out substantially different frompreliminary results.
