Resignation of the member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that that on January 14, 2026 the Company hasreceived a resignation of Mr. Dariusz Lubera from the PGE's SupervisoryBoard. The submitted resignation does not contain information about itsreasons.
