The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;) informs thaton 7 February 2024 Mr. Dariusz Szwed resigned from the function of thePresident of the Bank's Management Board as well as from the membershipin the Bank's Management Board effective as of 14th February 2024.

The resignation has not provided the reasons for its submission.
