According to the paragraph 5.4 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on the conditions under whichsuch information may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. ("Bank") herebyinforms that on February 23, 2024 Mr. Stanisław Skoczylas resigned fromthe membership in the Bank's Management Board and from the function ofthe Vice President of the Management Board of the Bank effectiveFebruary 29, 2024.

The resignation did not contain the reasons for its submission.
