PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA with the registered office in Warsaw, inaccordance with art. 26 of the Act on Covered Bonds and Mortgage Banksdated 29 August 1997, hereby announces that, on 8 March 2024, ittransmitted for publication in the Court and Commercial Monitor thefollowing information:

1) the total nominal value of outstanding of the mortgage covered bondsissued by the Bank as of the last day of the financial year (31 December2023) amounted to PLN 10,370,700,000.00;

2) the total value of the Bank's receivables and substitute assetsregistered in the cover pool register as of the last day of thefinancial year (31 December 2023) amounted to PLN 16,906,587,111.12.
