Subject: Changes in PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. Management Board

According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on the conditions under whichsuch information may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) herebyinforms that on August 1, 2024 the Supervisory Board of the Bank:

- appointed Mr Wojciech Papierak to the Management Board as VicePresident of the Management Board for the current joint term of office,starting from August 10, 2024, and as President of the Management Boardfor the current, joint term of office, subject to approval of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority (PFSA) and as of the date of thisapproval; - entrusted Vice President of the Management Board WojciechPapierak with directing the work of the Management Board, starting fromthe day August 10, 2024 until such approval by the PFSA;

- appointed Ms Katarzyna Kurkowska-Szczechowicz - member of theManagement Board - as Vice President of the Management Board for thecurrent, joint term of office, starting from August 10, 2024.

Information on the newly appointed member of the Bank's ManagementBoard, Mr Wojciech Papierak, can be found in the appendix to the report.

Mr Wojciech Papierak declared that he:

- is not conduct any business competitive to the business of the Bank;

- is not participate in any business competitive in respect of the Bankas a partner in a partnership;

- is not a members of a bodies of a companies competing with the Bank;

- is not registered in the National Debt Register.
