Subject: Approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for theappointment of Mr. Wojciech Papierak as the President of the ManagementBoard of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.

According to the paragraph 5.5 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on the conditions under whichsuch information may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate, the Management Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. ("Bank") herebyinforms that on December 06, 2024, the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority unanimously expressed consent for the appointment of Mr.Wojciech Papierak as the President of the Bank's Management Board.

On August 1, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Bank has appointed Mr.Wojciech Papierak to perform the function of the President of theManagement Board for the current joint term of office of the Bank'sManagement Board subject to approval of the appointment by the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority and as of the date of this approvalbeing granted. Until that consent was obtained, from August 10, 2024,Mr. Wojciech Papierak was the Vice President of the Bank's ManagementBoard managing the work of the Bank's Management Board.

Obtaining the said consent results in fulfilment of the condition ofbecoming the President of the Bank's Management Board.
