The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. (the "Company") announces thattoday, i.e. May 19, 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Company hasissued a positive opinion on the Management's Board's proposal regardingthe distribution of the Company's net profit for 2024 in the amount ofPLN 57,276,242.75 and the payment of dividend.

The Management Board recommended the payment of a dividend to theCompany's shareholders in the amount of PLN 12,423,760.40, i.e. PLN 0.40per share. The dividend will cover 31,059,401 shares.

The remaining part of the net profit for 2024 will be allocated toincreasing the Company's retained earnings in the amount of PLN44,852,482.35.

The Supervisory Board positively assessed the Management Board'sproposal to set the dividend date on August 14, 2025, and the dividendpayment to take place on August 29, 2025.

The final decision on the distribution of profit for 2024 and thepayment of dividend will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of theCompany.
