Correction of Current Report No. 16/2026 dated June 25th, 2026 -correction of a clerical error

The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registeredoffice in Krakow, Poland (the "Company") hereby informs that CurrentReport No. 16/2026 dated June 25th, 2026 contained a clerical errorconsisting in the incorrect indication of the functions of two membersof the Supervisory Board for the new term of office: the Chairman of theSupervisory Board, Mr. Piotr Romanowski, and the Vice-Chairman of theSupervisory Board, Mr. Tadeusz Wesołowski.

The Company hereby attaches the correct version of the report.
