Appointment of Management Board Members of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. for anew term of office
The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registeredoffice in Krakow, Poland ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that theSupervisory Board of the Company appointed, effective June 25th, 2026,the Management Board Members of the Company for a new 5-year term ofoficce in the following composition:
1. Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski - President of the Management Board;
2. Mr. Krzysztof Brzózka - Vice-President of the Management Board;
3. Mr. Kamil Sitarz - Vice-President of the Management Board;
4. Mr. Hendrik Nogai - Member of the Management Board;
5. Ms. Justyna Żółtek - Member of the Management Board.

Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski
Mr. Przewiezlikowski is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of RyvuTherapeutics, responsible for strategic management, business andcorporate development of the company.
He is also the President of Supervisory Board at Ardigen and Member ofthe Supervisory Board at Selvita. Before founding multiple companies inthe biotechnology sector (Ryvu, Ardigen, NodThera), Mr. Przewiezlikowskiwas a member of the executive team at technology company Comarch,responsible for divisions involved in multiple industries including thepharmaceutical industry. He was also the co-founder, the first CEO andthen the Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Interia.pl, thethird largest Internet portal in Poland.
Mr. Przewiezlikowski is a member of the Economic Council of theMalopolska (Krakow) region. He was awarded Knight's Cross of the Orderof Polonia Restituta for his contributions to the development ofPoland's business environment, as well as, EY Entrepreneur of the Year2015 award in the New Technologies/Innovation category in Poland. Mr.Przewiezlikowski holds an MBA from the joint program of the TeessideUniversity (United Kingdom) and Krakow School of Economics (Poland) aswell as master degree in computer science from AGH Technical Universityin Krakow. He also studied IT at the Technical University in Berlin.
Mr. Paweł Przewięźlikowski, according to the statement submitted to theCompany, is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintainedpursuant to the Act on the National Court Register and does not conductany activities competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., does notparticipate in a company competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. as apartner in a civil-law partnership, partnership or capital company, anddoes not participate in any other legal person competitive to RyvuTherapeutics S.A. as a member of its governing body.
Mr. Krzysztof Brzózka
Krzysztof Brzozka, Ph.D., is the Chief Scientific Officer at RyvuTherapeutics. He has joined Ryvu Theraputics in 2007 and has applied hisinterdisciplinary expertise ever since, in order to build a broadpipeline of small molecule oncology therapeutics and a high throughputdiscovery engine platform.
Dr. Brzozka is responsible for the management of the early pipelinecandidates, covering their full development until clinical phase. He isalso responsible for bringing into the clinic two Ryvu first-in-classoncology programs: dual PIM/FLT3 inhibitor SEL24/MEN1703 and SEL120,CDK8 inhibitor. Dr. Brzozka is also a member of the Supervisory Board ofArdigen, a bioinformatics and precision medicine company, andcontributed to the founding of NodThera, a biotechnology company focusedon therapeutics related to inflammasome biology.
Dr. Brzozka holds a Ph.D. degree from Ludwig Maximilian University. Healso earned an MBA from the Stockholm University School of Business andthe Krakow University of Economics Business School. Dr. Brzozkacontributed to over 70 scientific publications and presentations inareas of oncology, immunology, intracellular signaling and medicinalchemistry. His publications were cited nearly 3500 times and publishedin such journals as Science, Blood, Molecular Cell or Oncotarget.
Mr. Kamil Sitarz
Mr. Kamil Sitarz, Ph.D., MBA is the Chief Operating Officer and Memberof the Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics. He holds executiveresponsibility for Ryvu's clinical operations, program management, CMC,and quality, as well as the company's financial performance andportfolio governance.
Mr. Sitarz joined Ryvu in 2013, progressing through scientific andoperational leadership roles before being appointed Chief OperatingOfficer and Management Board Member in 2020. Over the past decade, hehas been a central force in transforming Ryvu into a multi-programclinical-stage organization.
Under his leadership, Ryvu has built and scaled a robust clinicaldevelopment organization, established strategic clinical collaborationswith leading global oncology partners including BioNTech and MenariniGroup, and strengthened the execution of complex oncology programs. Inparallel, he directly heads Ryvu's clinical execution division,responsible for operational delivery across the company's clinicalprograms and external collaborations.
Kamil Sitarz holds an M.Sc. in Biophysics from Jagiellonian University,a Ph.D. in Human/Medical Genetics from Newcastle University, and anExecutive MBA from a joint program at Cracow School of Business CUE, EMNormandie, and AESE Business School. He is the co-author of a dozenscientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Mr. Hendrik Nogai
Dr. Hendrik Nogai, M.D., is the Chief Medical Officer at RyvuTherapeutics. Dr. Nogai is responsible for leading medical, clinical,and regulatory functions to support and guide the development of thecompany's pipeline.
Hendrik Nogai is a board-certified medical doctor in Hematology/Oncologyas well as in Internal Medicine, with almost 10 years of experience inpatient care and basic research in different academic settings,including Charit - University Medicine Berlin, University Hospital inMunich, and Zentralklinikum Augsburg. Besides his clinical expertise,Dr. Nogai's brings 17 years of industry experience including businessconsulting at Mercer Management Consulting/ Oliver Wyman, medicaladvisory at Nordic Biotech Capital ApS, and positions of increasingresponsibility at Bayer AG, with his most recent role of Vice President,Global Development Leader NTRK program.
Dr. Nogai has completed his Medical Studies at Charit - UniversityMedicine Berlin (Germany), Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich(Germany) and Harvard Medical School in Boston (USA). He holdsadoctoral degree awarded by the Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany)for his research on cell biology.

Ms. Justyna Żółtek
Ms. Justyna Żółtek joined the Company in 2021 as HR Director, takingresponsibility for establishing and developing the people function atRyvu Therapeutics. Since May 2024, she has served as Chief PeopleOfficer, overseeing Administration, Payroll and HR areas.
During her time at the Company, she has developed and implemented acomprehensive human capital management strategy, built the HR team, andintroduced key processes in leadership development, talent management,and organizational culture transformation.
Ms. Żółtek brings over 15 years of professional experience gained ininternational organizations, where she held regional and global HR rolesin sectors such as biotechnology, energy, construction, and newtechnologies. She specializes in transformation projects, organizationalintegrations, and building HR structures in fast-changing environments.She was actively involved in the privatization process of EDF Polskaand, immediately prior to joining Ryvu, managed HR teams in Poland andBulgaria at a technology company undergoing a complex M_A process.
She is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and the Centerfor Leadership - one of Poland's leading development programs forbusiness leaders.
