Appointment of Supervisory Board Members of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. for anew term of office
The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registeredoffice in Krakow, Poland ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that theOrdinary General Meeting of the Company appointed, effective June 25th,2026, the Supervisory Board Members of the Company for a new term ofoffice, in the following composition:
1. Mr. Piotr Romanowski - Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company;
2. Mr. Tadeusz Wesołowski - Member of the Supervisory Board of theCompany;
3. Mr. Rafał Chwast - Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company;
4. Mr. Scott Z. Fields - Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company;
5. Mr. Peter Smith - Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mr. Piotr Romanowski
He has many years of experience in investment advisory in biotechnology,advanced technologies and financial services. He serves as Chairman ofthe Supervisory Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. Dr. Romanowski has over20 years of experience in strategic management consulting, gained asPartner at McKinsey _ Company and PwC, where he specialized in mergersand acquisitions strategy in financial services, oil and gas, thepharmaceutical sector and healthcare. Mr. Piotr Romanowski was also amember of the Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A., responsible forCorporate and Investment Banking. He holds a PhD in molecular biologyfrom the University of Cambridge and a PhD in medical sciences,specializing in cancer genetics, from the Medical University of Gdańsk.
Mr. Piotr Romanowski, according to the statement submitted to theCompany, is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintainedpursuant to the Act on the National Court Register and does not conductany activities competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., does notparticipate in a company competitive to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. as apartner in a civil-law partnership, partnership or capital company, anddoes not participate in any other legal person competitive to RyvuTherapeutics S.A. as a member of its governing body.
Mr. Tadeusz Wesołowski
He obtained a PhD in technical sciences from the Warsaw University ofTechnology. After graduation, he continued his academic work at theuniversity as an assistant professor. In 1990, he established andmanaged PROSPER, which forms part of the NEUCA S.A. capital group. Hehas repeatedly advised on and participated in creating new ventures inthe pharmaceutical market.

Mr. Rafał Chwast
He is a graduate of the Krakow University of Economics in accounting andAGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow in computer science.From 1997 to 2007, he served as Vice-President of the Management Boardand Chief Financial Officer of Comarch. He was responsible for financialsupervision over the group companies, raising capital through the stockexchange for Comarch and Interia.pl, and the acquisition of CDN. From2003 to 2006, he also served as President of the Polish Association ofListed Companies and was a member of the Capital Market Counciloperating under the Prime Minister.

Mr. Scott Z. Fields
Scott Z. Fields, M.D., is a medical oncologist/hematologist with morethan 30 years of experience in clinical drug development. Dr. Fieldscurrently serves as Chief Medical Officer at NeoTX Therapeutics.
Prior to joining NeoTX, Dr. Fields was the Global Head of Developmentfor Oncology at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. In this role, he was responsiblefor early and late-stage development, including several novel oncologymedicines across the platforms for targeted therapies/precisionmedicine, antibody-drug/alpha radiation conjugates and novelImmuno-Oncology agents, such as Darolutamide (Androgen Receptorinhibitor for prostate cancer), Larotrectinb (NTRK inhibitor - tissueagnostic), Xofigo (Radium223 - alpha particle emitter for prostatecancer), Copanlisib (PI3K inhibitor for lymphoma) and Regorafinib(multi-kinase inhibitor for liver, colon and GIST). Prior to hisposition at Bayer, Dr. Fields held senior positions at VertexPharmaceuticals, SmithKline Beecham, Amgen, Eisai, and Arno Therapeuticsand helped bring over a dozen drugs to market. He also practicedoncology/hematology and transplant medicine in academic settings.
Dr. Fields received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate MedicalCenter in New York, followed by training in internal medicine andhematology, and oncology at Columbia University Medical Center.

Mr. Peter Smith
Peter Smith, Ph.D., is a pharmaceutical executive with over 20 years ofexperience in drug discovery and development. He has proven experiencein company building and the discovery and development of newtherapeutics for various diseases of unmet need. Dr. Smith is Co-Founderand currently Chief Executive Officer of Remix Therapeutics. He alsoserves as Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Atlas Venture, where he isCo-founder and Acting CSO of Amplify Medicine, as well as an advisor toother Atlas portfolio companies.
Previously, he served as CSO at H3 Biomedicine, where his teamintroduced three molecules into the clinic with precision medicineapproaches to treat various cancers. Prior to H3 Biomedicine, he was atMillenium/Takeda, where he focused on oncology drug discovery and earlyclinical development.
Dr. Smith received his PhD from Newcastle University and completedpost-doctoral training at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
