Re.: Convening the Annual General Meeting ofSantander Bank Polska S.A. and providing the draft resolutions anddocuments to be considered at the AGM - correction

The Management Board of Santander BankPolska S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;), in relation to the current report no. 8/2022dated 31 March 2022 (_quot;Current report no. 8/2022_quot;), hereby provides, as asupplement, the documentation for the General Meeting of the Bankconvened on 27 April 2022, for the item 14 of the agenda:

1) Remuneration Policy for members of theSupervisory Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A.,

2) Remuneration Policy for members of theManagement Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A.

which are respectively appendix no. 1 andappendix no. 2 to the draft resolution no. 31 of the Annual GeneralMeeting of the Bank re. adoption of the Remuneration Policy for membersof the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. and RemunerationPolicy for members of the Supervisory Board of Santander Bank PolskaS.A.

Due to an obvious error the documents werenot attached to the Current report no. 8/2022.
