Re. Annual General Meeting of Santander BankPolska S.A. - list of shareholders with at least 5% of the total votingpower

Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank")hereby advises that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Bankheld on 27 April 2022 the shareholders with at least 5% of the totalvoting power at this AGM were:

- Banco Santander S.A. with its registeredoffice in Santander, Spain. The shares held by Banco Santander S.A.carried 68 880 774 votes, which constituted 82.26 % votes at the AGM and67.41% total votes and

- Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty FunduszEmerytalny with its registered office in Warsaw. The shares held byNationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny carried 5 400 000votes, which constituted 6.45 % votes at the AGM and 5.28% total votes.
