Re. Impact of the Act on crowdfunding forbusinesses and support for borrowers on the financial performance ofSantander Bank Polska Group (with regard to the so-called paymentholidays)

In relation to the fact that on 14 July 2022the President of Poland signed the Act of 7 July 2022 on crowdfundingfor businesses and support for borrowers ("Payment Holidays Act"), theManagement Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("Bank") hereby informsthat the impact of payment holidays solutions introduced in theexecution of this act on III quarter 2022 gross financial results of theBank's Group is estimated at approx. PLN 1.358bn (PLN 1.346bn on theBank's III quarter 2022 gross financial results), assuming that 50% ofeligible customers will avail of this solution.

The actual impact of payment holidays costson the financial results of the Bank's Group will depend, among theothers, on: the number of customers who will benefit from the solution,the number of installments suspended by each of these customers and themoment they start to benefit from the "payment holidays".
