Conclusionof a significant agreementTheManagement Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow("Issuer") hereby informs thatonJune 30, 2021, the Issuer's affiliated company - Selvita Inc.("Company") concluded an agreement with the University of California SanFrancisco ("UCSF") with a total value of $ 4,183,000 (PLN 15,910,801converted at the rate of USD 1 = PLN 3.8035)

TheAgreement extends the current collaboration between the parties in timeand scope. The Issuer has informed about it in its current stock reportnumber 15/2019, dated June 24, 2019.

Theservices under the Agreement will be executed throughout next 36 months,starting from July 1, 2021. The scope of the services which will beperformed in support of clients' research programs in the area of drugdiscovery include: synthesis, purification, structure determination andpurity analysis of small molecules for the treatment ofneurodegenerative diseases.

Theterms of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for thistype of contracts.
