Conclusionof a significant purchase orders by the affiliated Company

TheManagement Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (_quot;Issuer_quot;)hereby announces that on December 23, 2021 the affiliated company of theIssuer - Fidelta d.o.o. with its registered offices in Zagreb, Croatia, (_quot;Fidelta_quot;),has received two purchase orders with a total value of EUR 2.288.450,00(PLN 11.538.059,72 converted at the rate EUR 1 = PLN 4,6359) under aframework of a Master Service Agreement, entered into on the December16th 2019 by Fidelta and the Client - a biotechnology company located inthe U.S. (_quot;Client_quot;).

Thescope of the orders includes chemistry collaboration in FTE model withADME and PK screening support over the next 12 months in the Client'sR_amp;D projects.

Takinginto account value of the purchase orders and continuation of thecollaboration between the Client and Fidelta, the Issuer's ManagementBoard considers those purchase orders to be significant.
