Receiptof a significant purchase order by the Issuer's subsidiary

TheManagement Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (_quot;Issuer_quot;,_quot;Selvita_quot;)hereby announces that on January 18, 2022 the Issuer's subsidiary -Ardigen S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (_quot;Ardigen_quot;)has received a purchase order with a totalvalue of EUR1.191.967,00(PLN5.387.810,04convertedat the rate EUR 1 = PLN4,5201)under a framework agreement executed on February 19, 2018 betweenArdigen and one of the largest pharmaceutical companies with itsregistered office in Germany (_quot;Customer_quot;).

Thesubject of the purchase order is to enhance the Customer's computationalbiology and digital sciences operations, among others by supportingdigital transformation processes of gathering, processing, accessing,analyzing, visualizing and interpreting data (mostly by using AI) tospeed up strategic development projects.

Ardigen'scooperation with the Customer has been ongoing since 2018, and theIssuer informed about the previous extension of cooperation with theCustomer in the current report No. 39/2020 dated December 18, 2020.Considering the value of the purchase order, the Issuer's ManagementBoard considers the received purchase order to be significant for theimplementation of Selvita Group's long-term plans and furtherdevelopment of Ardigen's activities.
