TheManagement Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow(_quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby informs, with reference to the current report number22/2022 dated August 2, 2022,_#160;thaton October 3, 2022, its subsidiary Selvita d.o.o. received a purchaseorder expanding the scope of existing cooperation underaframework of Research Service Agreement dated 16th of July 2015, amendedas of 18th July 2022 (_quot;Order_quot;),concludedbetweenthe Company together with its subsidiaries and one of the largestpharmaceutical capital groups in Europe (_quot;Client_quot;).

Underthe Order the Company shall provide ADME/DMPK services includingphysicochemical profiling and analytical services to the Client thatwill support its research programs.

TheOrder's increase will raise the estimated value of the Order by theamount of EUR 1,400,000 (PLN 6,758,080 at the exchange rate of EUR 1 =PLN 4.8272) to the total amount of EUR 3,600,000 (PLN 17,377,920 at anexchange rate of 1 EUR = 4.8272 PLN).Thetotal value of services provided by Selvita Capital Group to theClient's capital group companies during the eight months of 2022amounted to EUR 2,727,134 (PLN 13,164,419 converted at the exchange rateof 1 EUR = 4.8272 PLN).

Takinginto account the value of the Order's increase, as well as the fact ofexpansion of the cooperation between the Client and the Company, theCompany's Management Board considers the expanded Order to be importantfor the implementation of the Selvita Group's long-term plans aimed atbuilding a strong position as a leading service provider in the area ofdrug discovery project support.
