The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office inKrakow (_quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby informs that on December 21, 2022 the Issuer'ssubsidiary - Selvita Inc. received from a biotechnology company based inthe United States (the _quot;Client_quot;) a purchase order under a frameworkagreement concluded with the Client on December 16, 2019 (the _quot;PurchaseOrder_quot;).

The value of the Purchase Order, which is to be executed over thefollowing 12 months, amounts to EUR 1,239,960 (PLN 5,784,165.40converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of PolandEUR 1 = PLN 4.6648 of December 21, 2022). Under the Purchase Order thesubsidiary of the Issuer will provide services in the area of medicinalchemistry and synthetic chemistry to support the Client's discoveryprograms.

Considering the value of the Purchase Order, as well as the fact of anextension of significant cooperation with the Client, the ManagementBoard of the Issuer considers the Purchase Order to be significant.
