Receipt of significant purchase orders from a big pharma company

The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office inKrakow (_quot;Selvita_quot; or _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby announces, with reference to thecurrent report 28/2022 dated 3 October 2022, that it became aware ofreceipt by its subsidiary - Selvita d.o.o. with its registered officesin Zagreb, Croatia ("Company_quot;) of a number of purchase orders from 20 to22 September 2023 under a Research Service Agreement concluded on 16July 2015, annexed on 18 July 2022 (the _quot;Orders_quot;) between the Companyand one of the largest global pharmaceutical companies in the world(_quot;Client_quot;).

The subject matter of the Orders, which will be performed until 31 July2024, is integrated ADME/DMPK support services, includingphysicochemical profiling services analytical services and in-vivo PKstudies to support the Client's drug-discovery research programmes. TheOrders will be predominantly carried out at the laboratory in Zagreb. Inaddition, the existing collaboration with the Client will be extended toinclude services in in-vitro and in-vivo pharmacology, which will becompleted by the end of 2023.

The total value of the Orders is EUR 3,239,630 and CHF 18,486 (PLN15,012,507 converted at an exchange rate of EUR 1 = PLN 4.6069 and CHF 1= CHF 4.7752), of which:

• The value of services performed under the Orders until the end of 2023will amount to EUR 1,190,707 (CHF 18,486 converted at an exchange rateof EUR 1 = CHF 0.96), and

• The value of services performed under the Orders in 2024 will amountto EUR 2,066,067.

Taking into account the value of the Orders as well as the fact that thecooperation between the Client and the Company has been extended, theIssuer's Management Board considers the Orders received to be importantfor the implementation of the Selvita Capital Group's long-term plansaimed at building a strong position as a leading provider of services inthe area of support for drug discovery and development projects, as wellas increasing cooperation with pharmaceutical companies.Disclaimer:This English language translation has been prepared solely for theconvenience of English speaking readers.
