Receipt of a significant purchase order by a company affiliated withSelvita S.A.

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office inKrakow ("Issuer", "Company"), with reference to current report No.13/2023 dated September 25, 2023, hereby informs that on June 30, 2024,the company affiliated with the Issuer - company Selvita d.o.o.,received three purchase orders for research services expanding the scopeof existing cooperation under a framework of Master Service Agreemententered into on July 16, 2015, amended on July 18, 2022 (the _quot;Orders_quot;)between the Company and one of the world's largest biopharmaceuticalcompanies (the _quot;Client_quot;).

The subject of the Orders, which will be executed from July 1, 2024until July 31, 2025, are integrated ADME/DMPK (absorption, distribution,metabolism and excretion / drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics) supportservices, including physicochemical profiling services, analyticalservices and in-vivo PK (pharmacokinetics) studies for large and smallmolecules to support the Client's research programs. The Orders will bepredominantly carried out at the laboratory in Zagreb.

The total value of the agreement amounts to EUR 2,965,000 (which equatesto PLN 12,743,867 when converted at the average exchange rate of theNational Bank of Poland on July 1, 2024, where 1 EUR = 4,2981 PLN). In2024, services amounting to EUR 1,235,417 (which equates to PLN5,309,946 when converted at the average exchange rate of the NationalBank of Poland on July 1, 2024, where 1 EUR = 4,2981 PLN) will beprovided.

The Orders received represent a continuation of the existing cooperationwith the Client. The total value of services performed for the Client inthe first six months of 2024 amounted to PLN 22,158,647.

Taking into account the value of the Orders, as well as the fact ofcontinuation of significant cooperation between the Client and theCompany, the Issuer's Management Board considers the Orders received tobe important for the implementation of the Selvita Group's long-termplans to build a strong position as a leading provider of services inthe area of support for drug discovery and development projects, as wellas to increase cooperation with pharmaceutical companies.
