Appointment of the Management Board Members of Selvita S.A. for the NextTerm of Office

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office inKraków (the "Company", the "Issuer"), hereby informs that on 30 June2025, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed the Members of theManagement Board for a new joint term of office in the followingcomposition:

1. Mr. Bogusław Sieczkowski - President of the Management Board (ChiefExecutive Officer);

2. Mr. Miłosz Gruca - Member of the Management Board;

3. Ms. Adrijana Vinter - Member of the Management Board;

4. Mr. Dawid Radziszewski - Member of the Management Board;

5. Mr. Dariusz Kurdas - Member of the Management Board;

6. Mr. Paul Overton - Member of the Management Board.

Information on the appointed Members of the Management Board:

Mr. Bogusław Sieczkowski

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of the Company, Mr.Bogusław Sieczkowski has over 25 years of experience in managinghigh-tech sector organizations. He previously served as Vice Presidentat Comarch S.A. and is a Supervisory Board Member at Ardigen S.A. He hasbeen awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. Heholds an Executive MBA from the Wharton School, an MBA from TeessideUniversity and the Kraków School of Economics, a master's degree fromthe Jagiellonian University, and is a certified Project ManagementProfessional (PMP).

Mr. Bogusław Sieczkowski is not listed in the Register of InsolventDebtors maintained under the National Court Register Act and does notengage in any activity competitive to that of Selvita S.A. nor does heparticipate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil lawpartnership, private partnership, capital company, nor in any othercompetitive legal entity as a member of its governing body.

Mr. Miłosz Gruca

Mr. Miłosz Gruca serves as Global Head of Drug Development, overseeingthe drug development segment as well as services dedicated to biologics.Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer, he was responsible for a broadrange of business development activities, including the creation andexpansion of the Company's offering in drug discovery and regulatoryservices, client relationship management, and operational leadership ofthe integrated Business Development Department. Mr. Miłosz Gruca hasbeen with the Company since 2007. As Director of the Biology Department,he was responsible for the implementation of comprehensive biologicaland analytical services into the Company's portfolio and for strategicmanagement of the analytical, biochemical, and molecular biologylaboratories. He holds a master's degree in biotechnology with aspecialization in molecular biology and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from theJagiellonian University. He also completed a two-year Executive MBAprogram at Stockholm University School of Business and the Kraków Schoolof Business at the University of Economics in Kraków.

Ms. Adrijana Vinter

Ms. Adrijana Vinter has held the position of Managing Director atFidelta (currently Selvita d.o.o.), a subsidiary of the Issuer, since2017. In February 2022, she was appointed Global Head of Drug Discoveryand Member of the Management Board of the Company, where she isresponsible for the strategic development of the Group's drug discoveryoffering, management of interdisciplinary research teams, and oversightof ongoing projects to ensure the highest quality of services. Ms.Vinter began her professional career at Pliva in 2002 as a medicinalchemistry scientist. Following the establishment of Fidelta, she movedto the Business Development Department, which she led until 2017.Subsequently, she served as Managing Director and President of theManagement Board at Fidelta, being responsible for its operationalmanagement. She holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry in the field of novelmacrolide antibiotics from the University of Zagreb and an MBA fromCotrugli Business School in Croatia. She is the author of numerousscientific publications.

Mr. Dawid Radziszewski

Mr. Dawid Radziszewski joined the Company in 2015 and, over severalyears, was promoted to Director of the Legal Department, becomingresponsible for all legal matters across the Group. He oversees a broadrange of corporate issues, including intellectual property protectionand capital market regulations. Since 2019, he has served as a Member ofthe Management Board of Selvita S.A., with direct responsibility forcorporate development and M_A transactions. Prior to joining Selvita, hegained experience at the Warsaw-based law firm WKB Wierciński,Kwieciński, Baehr, specializing in M_A and corporate law, and alsoworked at the Allerhand Institute. Mr. Dawid Radziszewski is anattorney-at-law, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University andHeidelberg University, where he obtained an LL.M. degree. He alsostudied at the University of Zurich. He is a laureate of the "RISINGSTARS Lawyers - tomorrow's leaders 2018" competition.

Mr. Dariusz Kurdas

Mr. Dariusz Kurdas was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of theCompany in August 2019, assuming responsibility for the financialactivities of the Issuer. Prior to joining Selvita, he gained managerialexperience in international firms, including KPMG, where he led auditteams. At Nowy Styl Group, as Financial Controller, he was responsiblefor liquidity planning, budget development and execution, as well asmonitoring financial covenants of subsidiaries in Germany. In 2016, hejoined Liugong Dressta Machinery, where he served as CFO and VicePresident of the Management Board, overseeing accounting, finance, andcontrolling teams. He holds a degree in finance from the University ofEconomics in Kraków and Tilburg University (Netherlands). Mr. DariuszKurdas is a licensed statutory auditor and a certified stockbroker.

Mr. Paul Overton

Mr. Paul Overton was appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) inDecember 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in managing CRO/CDMOcompanies. Throughout his career, he has led business developmentactivities at organizations such as Sygnature Discovery, Eurofins,Evotec, and Aptuit, achieving annual sales targets of several hundredmillion euros. He has also been actively involved in numerous M_Atransactions. Mr. Paul Overton specializes in sales growth of rapidlyexpanding companies and managing global sales teams. He possessesextensive experience in supporting the development of new services,optimizing the operational performance of sales organizations, andbuilding strategic collaborations with biopharmaceutical companies. AsCCO, he is responsible for leading the international businessdevelopment and marketing team and strengthening the Company'scommercial efforts.
