Receipt of a significant purchase order

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office inKrakow (the "Issuer" or the "Company"), hereby informs that on September22, 2025, the Issuer received a purchase order (the "Order") from abiopharmaceutical company with headquarters in Europe (the "Client").

The Order concerns the extension of services provided to the Client inthe area of design and synthesis of novel chemical compounds. Itconstitutes part of the integrated research services delivered by theIssuer under the Client's drug discovery project. Within the scope ofthe collaboration, the services include the design and synthesis ofnovel chemical compounds, followed by their evaluation in a broad panelof in vitro assays to characterize their ADME (Absorption, Distribution,Metabolism, Excretion) properties and generate high-quality datasupporting decision-making for the further advancement of the Client'sproject.

The Order will be implemented over a period of 6 months, from September30, 2025, to March 31, 2026, and represents a continuation of thecooperation with the Client initiated in October 2022.

The total value of the Order amounts to EUR 680,102 (PLN 2,900,295). Thetotal estimated value of services provided to the Client in the entireyear 2025, including the Order, will amount to EUR 2,156,016 (PLN9,194,330). In the current year, under the Order, the Company willperform services for the Client with a value of EUR 325,765 (PLN1,389,225).

Given the total value of the collaboration with the Client in 2025,resulting from the received Order and exceeding EUR 2,000,000, as wellas the strategic nature of the continued cooperation in the field ofintegrated drug discovery, the Issuer's Management Board considers thereceived Order to be significant.

The currency conversions in this report were made based on the averageexchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of September 22, 2025,amounting to EUR 1 = PLN 4.2645.
