Publication Dates for Periodic Reports in 2026

The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office inKrakow ("Issuer"), acting pursuant to § 80.1 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and conditions forrecognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-memberstate ("Regulation"), hereby announces the publication dates forperiodic reports in the year 2026:

- Separate and Consolidated Annual Report for 2025 - March 31, 2026,

- Consolidated Quarterly Report for the I quarter of 2026 - May 21, 2026,

- Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for the first half of 2026 - September17, 2026,

- Consolidated Quarterly Report for the III quarter of 2026 - November19, 2026.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Issuer informs thatpursuant to § 62.1 and § 62.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will notpublish individual separate quarterly reports and individual separatesemi-annual reports for the first half of 2026. The consolidatedquarterly reports of the Selvita Group will, however, contain quarterlyfinancial information about the Issuer. Accordingly, the consolidatedsemi-annual report of the Selvita Group will contain the Issuer'ssemi-annual summary financial statement together with the report of theentity authorized to audit financial statements.
