Content:According to Article 70(1) of the Act on PublicOffering [...] the Management of SERINUS ENERGY plc ("Company") informsthat on December 21st, 2020 it received a notification of European Bankfor Reconstruction and Development ("EBRD") (London), given under theAIM regulations, of exceeding of the threshold of 5% in the total votein the Company.

The change of the share is related to admission of EBRD shares totrading on December 21st, 2020 (WSE current report No. 41/2020).

According to the notification the EBRD currently holds 112,925,402shares of the Company, representing 9.9% of the total vote. The EBRDheld no Company's shares before the change of the holding.
