Content:The Management of SERINUS ENERGY plc ("Company"or "Serinus") informs that on 20 February 2024 it received thenotification provided by Xtellus Capital Partners INC (NY, USA) andprepared under AIM regulations (UK), concerning the share in the totalvote in the Company exceeding a 10% threshold.According to thenotification the Xtellus Capital Partners INC is a holder of sharesentitling to 11,230,000 votes in Serinus, representing 10.01% of thetotal vote in the Company. The reporting threshold was crossed/reachedon 20 February 2024 as indicated in the notification.
