In connection with the WSE current report No. 1/2026 concerning thePolish Financial Supervision Authority consent for the delisting ofSerinus Energy ("Serinus" or the "Company") shares from trading on theWarsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE"), the Management of the Companyannounces that on 5 March 2026 the Company received the WSE ManagementBoard resolution dated 4 March 2026 (the "WSE Resolution") regarding thewithdrawal of the Company's shares from trading.

Pursuant to the WSE Resolution, as of 10 March 2026 the Company's shareswill be withdrawn from trading on the WSE Main Market.
