(the "Company", the "Issuer") herebyannounces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of theCompany (the "EGM"), held on February 27, 2025, adopted a resolution onthe dismissal of the following individuals from their positions asMembers of the Company's Supervisory Board:1. The reasons for the dismissals were not specified.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that theEGM adopted resolutions appointing the following individuals as Membersof the Supervisory Board, effective as of the same date:1. Mr. Tomasz PacyńskiInconnection with the adoption of Resolution No. 3/2025 on the amendmentof the Company's Articles of Association, two of the newly appointedindividuals, namely Ms. Magdalena Dwernicka and Mr. Aleksander Szyszka,have been appointed to the Supervisory Board for a term lasting untilthe registration of the amendment to the Company's Articles ofAssociation in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National CourtRegister.

Attached to this report, the Company provides information on theeducation, qualifications, and previouspositions held by theabove-mentioned individuals, along with a description of theirprofessional careers.

According to the submitted statements, the above-listed individuals donot conduct any business activity in competition with the Company in anyform, nor do they participate in any competitive entity as partners in acivil partnership, general partnership, limited partnership, or capitalcompany, nor do they serve as members of governing bodies of anycompeting legal entity (except for cyber_Folks, which holds a 49.9%stake in Shoper S.A.).

Furthermore, these individuals have not been listed in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors maintained under the Act of August 20, 1997, on theNational Court Register (which was repealed as of December 1, 2021), norare they listed in the National Debtors Register maintained under theAct of December 6, 2018, on the National Debtors Register.DetailedLegal Basis:
