The Management Board of Shoper S.A. with its registered office in Kraków("Company") hereby announces the dates of publication of periodicreports in the financial year 2026.

Periodic reports will be made public on the following dates:

Annual Reports:

- Standalone annual report for 2025 year - March 18, 2026

- Consolidated annual report for 2025 year - March 18, 2026

Consolidated Quarterly Reports:

- Quarterly report for Q1 2026 - May 19, 2026

- Quarterly report for Q3 2026 - November 16, 2026

Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 - September2, 2026

The Management Board of the Company hereby announces that, pursuant to §62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance regardingcurrent and periodic information to be submitted by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), theCompany informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reportswill include the quarterly and semi-annual standalone financialstatements. Therefore, the Company will not publish separate standalonequarterly and semi-annual reports.

Moreover, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Companywill not publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2025 and Q2 2026.

Legal basis for submitting the report:

§ 80 sec. 4 and § 62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided byissuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state.
