The Management Board of Shoper S.A. (the "Company") announces that,pursuant to Resolution No. 8 of 18 May 2026, the Ordinary GeneralMeeting of Shoper S.A. resolved to pay a dividend from the Company'sprofit for the financial year 2025.

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shoper S.A. resolved to allocate PLN16,880,736.00 (in words: sixteen million eight hundred eighty thousandseven hundred thirty-six zlotys and 00/100) to the payment of a dividendto shareholders, which means that the dividend per share will amount toPLN 0.60 (in words: zero zlotys and 60/100).

The number of shares covered by the dividend is 28,134,560. The dividendrecord date has been set for 12 June 2026, and the dividend payment datehas been set for:
