Ms. Corinna Riewe, Berlin, Germany, informed us on 14.06.2007 according to
§ 21 par. 1 of the WpHG and § 22 par. 2 no. 6 of the WpHG, that on
12.06.2007 her voting rights in the bmp incorporation, Berlin, surpassed
the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% mark of the voting rights, and amounted
to approx. 22.23% of the voting rights (3,890,113 shares) on 12.06.2007.
Out of this proportion, in total 22.23% of the voting rights (3,889,613
shares) have to be assigned to her, due to proxy, according to § 22 par. 1
no. 6 of the WpHG. The voting rights are partly being assigned via the
following shareholders, whose proportions of voting rights in the bmp
incorporation amount to each 3% or more:
- Oliver Borrmann, Berlin, Germany
- Seven Stars GmbH, Bad Driburg, Germany
The proxy is limited to the exertion of the voting rights in the
shareholders' meeting on 19.06.2007. After expiration of the proxy, her
voting rights will fall back below the marks of 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and
3%, and will amount to approx. 0 % (500 shares).
