Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek notifies that investment fund ING Fundusz
Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek separately overshot the
threshold of 3% in BMP AG, located in Berlin, Germany, (ISIN: DE0003304200)
on April 19,2007, and amounted to 3,25% (equal to 569.240 voting rights).
With regard to par. 21 clause 1 of German Act on Trading in Securities
('Wertpapierhandelsgesetz'), ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.,
located in Warsaw, Poland, acting on behalf of ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny
Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek and ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz
Inwestycyjny Otwarty notifies that investment funds ING Fundusz
Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek and ING Parasol
Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty jointly overshot the threshold
of 5% in BMP AG, located in Berlin, Germany, (ISIN: DE0003304200), on June
18,2007 and amounted to 5,17% (equal to 903.900 voting rights).
All those voting rights belong to ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich
i Malych Spólek (3,78%, equal to 661.948 shares belong exclusively to that
fund) and ING Parasol Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty (1,38%,
equal to 241.952 shares belong exclusively to that fund) and can be
executed by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. as the governing
body of both funds pursuant § 22 clause 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG.'
Furthermore ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A, Warsaw/Poland, notified
us of the following on July 2nd, 2007:
'With regard to par. 21 clause 1 and par. 22 clause. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG
of German Act on Trading in Securities ('Wertpapierhandelsgesetz'), ING
Investment Management (Polska) S.A. located in Warsaw, Poland, acting as a
holder of 100 % shares of ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.,
notifies that ING Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Srednich i Malych Spólek, an
investment fund managed by ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
separately overshot the threshold of 3% in BMP AG, located in Berlin,
Germany, (ISIN: DE0003304200), on April 19, 2007, and amounted to 3,25%
