Ms. Corinna Riewe, Germany, informed us on 04.07.2008 according to § 21
par. 1 of the WpHG, that her voting rights transferred to her by single
stockholders during the bmp incorporation's shareholders' meeting of
09.07.2008 surpassed the 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15% and 20 % mark of the voting
rights on 03.07.2008, and, on the same day, amounted to 21.525417%
(3,766,948 voting rights) of the registered capital.
After termination of shareholders' meeting, her voting rights will amount
to 0.002857% (500 shares).
Consequently, 21.522560% (3,766,448 voting rights) have to be assigned to
her by proxy according to § 22 par. 1 phr. 1 No. 6 and § 22 par. 4 WpHG.
The voting rights are partly being assigned via the following shareholders
whose proportions of voting rights in the bmp AG each amount to 3 % or
more:
- Oliver Borrmann, Germany
- Seven Stars GmbH, Bad Driburg, Germany
