Berlin, 28th Mai 2019 – SLEEPZ AG (ISIN DE000A2E3772) today signed an agreement to sell its shares in URBANARA GmbH. The buyer is WAOW Global Ventures GmbH. The purchase price amounts to EUR 2,700,000 which will mainly be used to service open liabilities.
