Changes in the Issuer's Management Board.TheManagement Board of Starhedge S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;, _quot;theIssuer_quot;) announces to the public that today Mr. Tomasz Bujak, thePresident of the Issuer's Management Board, submitted to the SupervisoryBoard of the Company a declaration of resignation from the position ofthe President of the Management Board of the Company and membership inthe Management Board of the Company with effect on September 29 2021,the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution accepting theresignation of Mr. Tomasz Bujak from the position of the President ofthe Management Board. Mr. Tomasz Bujak submitted to the Chairman of theSupervisory Board an explanation to the Supervisory Board that hisresignation was caused by other professional duties, the implementationof which requires an increase in the amount of time. The ManagementBoard and the Supervisory Board of the Company would like to thank Mr.Tomasz Bujak for his commitment and work, which he contributed duringhis term of office in the Issuer's Management Board.Atthe same time, the Supervisory Board appointed Ms Aleksandra Fritz tothe Management Board of the joint term of office for the position of thePresident of the Management Board of the Company. The Management Boardof the Company informs that the newly appointed President of theManagement Board, Ms. Aleksandra Fritz, submitted a statement, whichshows that his activity outside the Company's enterprise is notcompetitive to the activity performed in the Company's enterprise, itdoes not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civilpartnership, company a partnership or as a member of the body of acapital company, and does not participate in other competing legalpersons as a member of their bodies. The statement received by theCompany also includes the declaration of the newly appointed Presidentof the Management Board that she has not been entered into the Registerof Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National CourtRegister.Information on the qualificationsand positions of the newly appointed President of the Management Boardwill be provided by the Company immediately.Legalbasis:Article 56 (1) (2). a) the Act of 29July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducingfinancial instruments to an organized trading system and on publiccompanies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 and § 5 points 4and 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the law of a non-member state.
