In the content of the information received, Ms EmiliaHermaszewska, thanking for her cooperation, did not indicate the reasonfor her resignation.TheManagement Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company would like tothank Ms. Emilia Hermaszewska for his commitment and work, which hecontributed during his term of office as the Deputy Chairman of theSupervisory Board.
