(the "Issuer") herebyreports that on November 14, 2022, the Issuer received notificationpursuant to Art. 69.1(1) of the Act dated July 29, 2005, on PublicOffering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instrumentsto Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act on PublicOffering") from Norges Bank on dropping below 5% of the total numberof votes on the Issuer's General Meeting.
