A package ofagreements with Polish Football Association (PZPN) regarding the rightsto use match results and marketing services.

TheManagement Board of STS Holding S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;)informs that on 16 November 2022, STS S.A. concluded a package ofagreements extending cooperation with the Polish Football Association (_quot;PZPN_quot;).Pursuant to those agreements, STS S.A. obtained the right to use theresults of football matches, e.g. Ekstraklasa, I liga and 2 liga and thePolish Cup, as well as other marketing services.

Inreturn, STS S.A. is obliged to pay to PZPN the amount based on thecoefficient agreed by both parties. The fee will be settled each timeafter the end of the quarterly reporting period.

The newterms of cooperation come into force on 1 January 2023 and they willcomprehensively regulate the rules of cooperation between STS S.A. andPZPN.
