Report 2/2023 Dates ofpublication of periodic reports in 2023

The Management Board of STSHolding S.A. (the "Issuer") announces the dates for the publication ofperiodic reports in 2023:

Annual report:

- annual report andconsolidated annual report for 2022: 22 March 2023.

Semi-annual report:

- consolidated report for thefirst half of 2023: 6 September 2023.

Quarterly reports:

- consolidated report for Q12023: 17 May 2023.

- consolidated report for Q32023: 8 November 2023.

At the same time the Issuerinforms that pursuant to Art. 62 sec. 1 of the Resolution of theMinister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and interiminformation delivered by issuers of securities and the conditions forrecognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of anon-member state (the "Regulation"), it will provide consolidatedquarterly reports containing quarterly financial information and willnot provide separate quarterly reports.

At the same time, pursuant toArt. 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will provide a consolidatedsemi-annual report containing condensed semi-annual financial statementsand will not provide a separate semi-annual report.

Pursuant to Art. 79 sec. 2 ofthe Regulation, the Issuer will not publish a separate or consolidatedquarterly report for Q4 2022 and Q2 2023.

Legal basis: Art. 80 sec. 1 ofthe Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on currentand interim information delivered by issuers of securities and theconditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by thelaws of a non-member state.
