(the "Company") informs that on 24 August ithas received a notification dated 24 August on the change of share inthe total number of votes in the Company, issued pursuant to Article 69Section 1 of the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, the conditionsgoverning the introduction of financial instruments to organisedtrading, and on public companies by Nationale-Nederlanden PowszechneTowarzystwo Emerytalne S.A.
