(the "Company") informs that on 25 August ithas received a notification dated 24 August on the change of share inthe total number of votes in the Company, issued pursuant to Article 69Section 1 of the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, the conditionsgoverning the introduction of financial instruments to organisedtrading, and on public companies by MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna,FundacjaZbigniewa Juroszka Fundacja Rodzinna, Mr. Mateusz Juroszek and Mr.Zbigniew Juroszek.
