The ManagementBoard of STS Holding S.A. (the "Company") informs that on 28 August ithas received the notifications dated 28 August on the change of share inthe total number of votes in the Company, issued pursuant to Article 69Section 1 of the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, the conditionsgoverning the introduction of financial instruments to organisedtrading, and on public companies by Entain Holdings (CEE) Limited, BwinHoldings (Malta) Limitedand Entain PLC.
