Signing of an amendment to the agreement on potential cooperation inthe implementation of the 910 MW power generating unit constructionproject at Jaworzno

In reference to the current report No. 25/2017 of June 1, 2017 theManagement Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ("Issuer") announces thaton December 29, 2017 the Issuer concluded an amendment under which theterm of the Agreement on initial conditions of potential cooperation inthe implementation of the 910 MW power generating unit constructionproject at Jaworzno was extended until February 28, 2018.

The Agreement and the amendment were concluded between the Issuer andFundusz Inwestycji Infrastrukturalnych - Kapitałowy Fundusz InwestycyjnyZamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych (Infrastructure Investments Fund -Non-public Assets Closed-end Equity Investment Fund) and FunduszInwestycji Infrastrukturalnych - Dłużny Fundusz Inwestycyjny ZamkniętyAktywów Niepublicznych (Infrastructure Investments Fund - Non-publicAssets Closed-end Debt (Fixed Income) Investment Fund), managed byPolski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. (Polish Development Fund).

The other provisions of the above mentioned Agreement shall remainunchanged.
