Estimated results of the capacity market main auction for 2022

TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ("Company") announces that on December 5,2018 TAURON Group companies participated in the capacity market mainauction for the 2022 delivery period ("Auction") organized as part ofthe capacity market mechanism introduced by the act of December 8, 2017on the capacity market ("Act").

In accordance to the Company's estimates, the Auction's closing pricewill be within the 195.28 to 219.66 PLN/kW/year range, and TAURONGroup's revenue from the capacity market calculated on the basis of theabove closing prices of the Auction will reach the level of PLN 82.5million to PLN 92.8 million in 2022.

Pursuant to the Act, the preliminary results of the Auction will bepublished by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. ("PSE") within 3business days, i.e. by December 10, 2018, while the final results of theAuction will be announced by the President of the Energy RegulatoryOffice in the Bulletin of Public Information (Biuletyn InformacjiPublicznej) on its website on the first business day following the 21stday from the day of closing the Auction.

The capacity market main auction for the year 2022 referred to above wasthe second auction organized in accordance with the Act. The Companyannounced the preliminary results of the capacity market main auctionfor the year 2021 in current report no. 31/2018 of November 20, 2018.
