Change of the publication date of extended consolidated semi-annualreport for H1 2019

TAURON Polska Energia S.A. informs about the change of the publicationdate of extended consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2019 and thedecision to disclose the report on 16 September 2019.

In line with the information included in current report No. 1/2019 dated30 January 2019 the original date of publication of extendedconsolidated semi-annual report for H1 2019 was 21 August 2019.

Legal basis:§ 80 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on the current and periodic informationdisclosed by the issuers of securities and the conditions forrecognizing as equivalent the information required by laws of anon-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
