Receiptof a notification pursuant to art. 69 sec. 2 point 1 lit. a) the Act onPublic Offering

TheManagement Board of VIGO Photonics SA informs that on May 16, 2023 itreceived a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne AllianzPolska S.A. managing Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (_quot;AllianzOFE_quot;) that on May 12, 2023, as a result of the liquidation of the SecondAllianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (_quot;Drugi Allianz OFE_quot;) bytransferring its assets to Allianz OFE, the share in the total of theIssuer's votes on accounts of Allianz OFE amounted to over 5%.

Beforethe liquidation of the Second Allianz OFE, the total balance on theaccounts of Allianz OFE and Drugi Allianz OFE amounted to 38,620 sharesof the Company, which constituted a total of 5.30% of the share capitalof the Company and gave the right to exercise 38,620 votes, representing5.30% of the total number of votes at General Meeting of the Company.

Afterthe liquidation of Second Allianz OFE, 38,620 shares were registered onthe account of Allianz OFE, constituting 5.30% of the Company's sharecapital, which gives the right to exercise 38,620 votes from sharesconstituting 5.30% of the total number of votes at the Company's GeneralMeeting of Shareholders.

Atthe same time, Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A.,managing Allianz OFE, informs that:

-it has no subsidiaries holding the Company's shares,

-the situation described in Art. 69 sec. 4 point 6 of the Act does notoccur,

-it also does not have financial instruments referred to in Art. 69b sec.1 point 1) and 2) of the Act
