The Supervisory Board of the Issuerpassed a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Zbigniew Więcław as theChairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Zbigniew Więcław meets theindependence condition necessary to perform the function of the Chairmanof the Audit Committee.
