Resignation of a member of the Company's SupervisoryBoard

The Management Board of the issuer, i.e. VIGOPhotonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki(hereinafter referred to as: _quot;Issuer_quot;), _quot;) informs that on May 30, 2023the Company received information about the resignation of Mr. JanuszKubrak from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of theCompany with immediate effect.

Mr. Janusz Kubrak gave personal reasons as the reasonfor his resignation.
