The Management Board of VIGO Photonics, hereinafter referred to as_quot;VIGO_quot;, hereby corrects the error identified in current report No.27/2023 of June 29, 2023 and sends the full content of the report alongwith the CV of Mr. Krzysztof Dziewicki, which was not attached to theoriginal current report.

The issuer's management board, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with itsregistered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as: theIssuer) informs that on June 29, 2023, in accordance with the provisionsof §17 point 4 of the Company's Articles of Association, KrzysztofDziewicki was appointed to serve as a member of the Issuer's SupervisoryBoard.

Krzysztof Dziewicki does not conduct any activities competitive withthose of the Company or its affiliates. He does not participate in acompetitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership orcapital company, nor does he participate in a competitive legal personas a member of its body. He has not been entered into the Register ofInsolvent Debtors pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
