The issuer's management board, i.e. VIGO PhotonicsS.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafterreferred to as the _quot;Issuer_quot; or _quot;Company_quot;), hereby informs that onDecember 12, 2023, it learned about the adoption on December 12, 2023 ofresolution No. 1350/2023 of the Management Board of the Warsaw StockExchange S.A. (_quot;WSE_quot;) regarding the admission and introduction to stockexchange trading on the main market of the WSE of rights to series Fordinary bearer shares of the Company (_quot;Resolution_quot;).

Pursuant to the Resolution, the WSE Management Boarddecided to: (i) admit to exchange trading on the main market as of thedate of registration in the securities depository operated by theNational Depository for Securities S.A. (_quot;KDPW_quot;) 145,799 rights toseries F ordinary bearer shares of the Company (_quot;PDA_quot;) and (ii)introduce to exchange trading on this PDA market as of December 15,2023, provided that the KDPW makes the transaction no later than onDecember 15 2023, registration of PDA and marking them with the code_quot;PLVIGOS00056_quot;.
